Campaign
This “TotalEnergies 2026 Chinese New Year Campaign” (the "Campaign") is organised by: TotalEnergies Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd’s (Registration No. 199401041979), with its registered office at Level 64, Tower 2, Petronas Twin Towers, 50088, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. ("TEMMY").
Campaign period
The Campaign commences at 00:00 on 1st January 2026 and will ends at 23:59 on 28th February 2026 (the “Campaign Period”). TEMMY reserves the right to amend the Campaign Period dates at any time without notice.
The following sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the Campaign (“T&Cs”). These T&Cs can also be accessed via our website totalenergies.my.
By participating in this Campaign, the Consumers agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
Eligibility
The Campaign is only valid in Malaysia.
The Campaign is available to [all Malaysia residents aged 18 years and above as of 31 December 2025].
The Campaign is open to customers (each a “Customer”) of selected TotalEnergies Quartz products which are limitatively listed in the Table 1 in paragraph below (each, a “Product”).
Employees of TEMMY, their immediate families, TEMMY dealers, partners, advertising, creative and public relations agencies, Campaign organizer, their employees and immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
The Campaign is limited to Consumers (the “Consumers” and, each, a “Consumer”) who purchase a Qualifying Product (as defined below) from participating TotalEnergies authorized outlets.
Campaign mechanics
Consumers who purchase a Qualifying Product may receive selected Free Gift, which are limitatively listed in the Table 1 in paragraph below (each, a “Free Gift”).

- Customers may receive a maximum of one (1) single free gift during the Campaign, irrespective of the number of Qualifying Products purchased from any of the participating TotalEnergies authorized outlets.
- All pictures and /or images of the free gift found in any advertising and marketing material are for illustration purposes only and may be different from the actual Free Gifts.
- TEMMY shall not be liable in any circumstances for any lost, damaged or stolen free gifts and any request for replacement free gift shall not be entertained by TEMMY.
- TEMMY shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the free gifts, at any time without prior notice. Free gifts are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items, in part or in full.
- Free gift is available on a while stocks last basis. No substitutions or cash alternatives. Offer valid until stocks are depleted.
- All free gifts are accepted entirely at the risk of the Customer and without any warranty of any kind express or implied.
- TEMMY shall not be responsible for any unclaimed Campaign Free Gift after 28th February 2026 and any claim for the Campaign Free Gift after 28th February 2026 shall not be entertained.
- By entering the Campaign or accepting the gifts, Customers shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, injury, damage, claim or accidents resulting from their participation in this Campaign, redemption and/or utilization of the Free Gifts.
- The Customers agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against TEMMY, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or authorized outlets from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Campaign and acceptance of any Free Gifts, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
- These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and the customers agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia
